Lee White


Board President and Development Committee Member

One day in 1994, Lee walked into the UCPAGI Executive Director’s office and asked how he could help. He has been serving the agency every since as a tireless promoter and activist for people with disabilities. Lee developed our outstanding Fund Development Committee and many of our successful fund raising programs. In 1996, Lee received the United Way Minority Volunteer of the Year Award, and in 1998, he received the UCPAGI Theresa Goodman Contribution Award. 

Lee joined Bosma Enterprises as the new VP of Commercial Sales and will be in charge of developing new corporate partnerships with large retailers and companies looking for quality products and services assembled and shipped by employees who are navigating blindness.

In 25 years with the company, Bart Book has completed more than 1,200 transactions valued in excess of $750 million. His primary responsibility is the leasing and disposition of industrial properties. Before joining the company, Bart spent five years as a sales representative for Eli Lilly and Co. Bart specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation – Industrial Services and Supply Chain Logistics.

Maureen Schulz

Board and Development Committee Member

Prior to retiring, Maureen served for many years as a nurse at the Cerebral Palsy Clinic at Riley Hospital for Children. She enjoys fund raising almost as much as she enjoyed her occupation. Since 1999, Maureen has been the leader of our efforts to secure prizes and auction items for each of our annual fund raising events. She and her husband, Kenny, also help out physically at our Awards Dinner and Women’s Golf Classic.

Emily Connor represents employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has experience litigating cases at the trial and appellate levels relating to employment discrimination, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, wage and hour, contract disputes, and various state law claims. Emily practices in both state and federal courts, including the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Emily also advises clients on hiring, discipline and termination procedures, as well as wage and hour and discrimination and harassment issues. She frequently drafts and reviews employment contracts, including non-competition agreements. In addition, Emily provides clients with training and seminars on a wide variety of employment-related topics. Emily currently serves as a member of the firm’s Associates’ Council. Prior to joining Littler, she practiced labor and employment law with an Indiana-based law firm for several years.

Eric Jaske

Board and Finance Committee Member

Eric Jaske has over 12 years of public accounting experience in tax planning and consulting matters including, but not limited to, corporate and partnership taxation and structure, individual income taxation, merger and acquisitions and estate, gift and trust tax planning.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Ball State University and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was also nominated as a finalist for “Indy’s Best and Brightest” in 2012 and was a member of the Indiana CPA Society’s Emerging Leaders Alliance from 2007 – 2012.

After first getting involved in the UCPAGI golf event in 2006, Craig later joined the Fund Development committee and, later, the Board, eventually becoming President until his term expired. Craig rejoined the board in 2016 and is excited to see the energy and the commitment of all the board members. Craig is a Ball State University graduate, an Assistive Technology Specialist and Certified Autism Specialist at Easter Seals Crossroads. His passion has been Augmentative Communication since he began working for a leading manufacturer of devices in 1996. He has operated his own business and has developed applications for mobile devices and handles many of the AAC cases at Crossroads. Craig lives in Indianapolis with his wife Cathy. They have two daughters and three grandsons that are a big part of their lives.

Board and Program Committee Member

With no personal disabilities experience, Brian was connected to UCPAGI through a posting on and was able to contribute to the Robots to the Rescue program immediately. With broad experience in the automotive industry, Brian’s background in engineering and business offer a different perspective in support of the Program Committee and Board at UCPAGI. He received his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and his undergraduate engineering degree from Purdue University. Brian is currently the President of the Board of Directors of UCPAGI.

As a mother to an 8-year-old son who suffered a stroke at birth, and subsequently, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, Traci has a heart for assisting those families affected as well. Since 1998, Traci has been in Business Development for the Staffing and Industrial industries, recently joining the Morales Group in 2014. As fate would have it, Morales Group’s vision, Building Better Futures One Story at a Time, reaffirms Traci’s determination to always lend a helping hand, which aligns perfectly with UCPAGI’s vision.  Prior to attending Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, Traci attended Cathedral High School and is a native of the Indianapolis area. Traci and her husband, Terry, reside in Carmel with their two children, Cole (8 yrs) and Mackenzie (5 yrs).
